"half after one = 1:30 pm"?
It would be an archaic form in England, ....., which was common among my Grandfather and his friends."
"Practical English Usage" by M.S., 3rd edition
579 telling the time
....
....
In American English after is often used instead of past (e.g. ten after six); but Americans do not say half after.
"half after" 幾點半

Time
" ...; half after used to be more common in the US".
Wedding Invitation
https://www.brides.com/story/guide-to-wedding-invitation-wording
-- For formal weddings,... Time of day is spelled out using "o'clock" or "half after five o'clock."
https://www.theknot.com/content/wedding-invitation-wording-how-to-state-the-time
-- So if your wedding begins at 3:30 p.m., you would write:
at half after three o'clock
https://foreverfiances.helpscoutdocs.com/article/77-wedding-etiquette
-- The proper reference to a half hour is “half after,” not “half past.” So 5:30 would be written as “ half after five o’clock”.

lunch, dinner, tea ... invitation

(note: 我限定找 at half after 所以例子少。
